Basically, alexiuss is initiating a class action lawsuit against the owner of several sites that have been selling stolen art at ridiculous profits. (more information at that link)

If you haven't looked at the "unclaimed" section of this site ([link]) DO SO!

I saw a ton of fractals that tickled at my memory strings but I couldn't place, and a whole lot more digital art that did the same thing, as well as some that I have noted the original artists about.

There doesn't seem to be any quality standard that he looked for in particular. I saw some fairly generic fractals but I also saw some masterpieces. So don't assume you're not good enough to be stolen from. And hey--even if you didn't get anything stolen, perhaps you might know of an artist whose piece was stolen who doesn't know yet. (Although *cypherx is aware that her art was stolen and wishes to be left alone about it, so don't warn her. )

For example, I saw the piece called "The Orange Magical Dragon" [link] towards the bottom of the page, it was one of `DragonWinter's (and yes, I have noted her).

So go make sure you're not on that list!
